1. Introduction

Meet with our team, where we listen to your ideas to understand the scope, intent and budget.

2. Design

We take your ideas and turn these into design drawings. We start to discuss materials and performance while developing a specification and finishes schedule.

3. Documentation

We proceed with construction drawings and involve engineering and consultants to complete the documentation comprising of construction drawings and specifications. Using these documents, we tender the project and provide you with a fully detailed itemised quotation.

4. Contract
A Master Builders building contract will be presented, and on the execution of this contract, the building permit will be submitted.

5. Build

Time to turn some dirt and get to work. We encourage arranged site inspections and provide monthly progress reports, including a construction program.

6. Handover

After a professional clean and a walkthrough to explain all that is required, it's time to move into your new building.

7. Commercial Construction

Precise Build has proven it's experience, knowledge and capabilities in commercial construction. Precise Build is powered by Procore construction management software to give our project managers and contract administrators the ability to control the time, cost and quality of any large scale project.
